1. Overview

This online store is operated by Kamz Inkzone, Jalandhar, Punjab, India ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of India, or that you are using the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products

Our apparel is released in limited drops and is sold in one free size unless stated otherwise. We try to show colours and finishes as accurately as possible, but washed, vintage and acid-wash garments vary slightly from piece to piece and screen colours may differ from the actual product. Product availability can change without notice.

DR. SHINE Tattoo Aftercare Balm is a cosmetic moisturiser for tattooed skin. It is not a medicine. Do a patch test before use, stop using it if irritation occurs, and follow the aftercare advice of your tattoo artist or a medical professional.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payments are processed securely through the payment options shown at checkout.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

6. Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, photographs, logos and text on this store belong to Kamz Inkzone or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, or to submit false information when placing an order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
